E-mail of family member is not right?

Hello all,

I've just tried invited my family members for Spotify family premium, but I can't fill in e-mails cause they are not "correct" even though I know they are. How can I successfully invite my family members without getting this error over and over?

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community 🙂
Having no spotify premium isn't cool! Usually these kind of things happen, because of your web browsers cache. So try doing the following things:
Try doing it in a private/incognito tab.
If that doesn't work, change browser and clear both browsers cache.
Lastly if that doesn't work either, try inviting them on another device, that should do the trick!

Thank you for responding so fast!.

However it only worked with e-mails that had no digits in it.

How can I also invite people with those kind of e-mails?
