area code and country in family plan

area code and country in family plan

my premium plan has a country and area code. I changed to family plan and sent codes to my family which we are now in a different country. sporify does not aloud them to get into the plan because takes the code where we are at does not let them choose the country. as well does not let me chnage my payment or country . so they can not start on my family plan ?? how can I change my country or their. tried changing cerdit card does not work and does not aloud change of country to any of us.
