Error when my brothers accepts the family subscription

Good day!

I would like to inquire on how to fix the bug whenever I send the invitation to my brother. There is an error message saying "oops try again later" and i have had several attempts push through with the subacription but still it has the same error message, this also happes to my sister in law. And they arent able to enjoy the service that id like to share with them. Hoping for an answer and an immediate response, thank you!

same problem only 2 of 5 acconts success, the rest of them are unactive.

This situation is unacceptable, I've already paid 15€ for 2 acconts.
