more persons on family account

Today I buy a family premium for my 2 children and me, the family account. I invited my 2 girls for it. But when they want to listen to music on Spotify they take over my account. So do I understand it right, that we are with 3 persons now on the same playlist and so on?????? So they cant have there own list. and we take over the account from each other if we want te listen on the same time? I really don't hope so....

Hey @sirofi,

To invite someone to your family 

1. Go to your family Overview here.
2. Enter the name and email address of your family member.
3. Click send invite
4. Your family member should have received an invitation mail.
5. Then he/she has to click on the Accept Invitation button from the email and fill in their Address etc.
6. When he/she accepts it you will get an confirmation mail.

After that he/she will have her/his own account and can listen to her own music at the same time as you do.

If you can’t see the invite button try to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser or use another browser.

After inviting your children, did they accept the invites so that their accounts also became Premium?

If so, please make sure they're logging in their own accounts. It looks like they're logged in yours.
