Dear Spotify,

It saddens me to say that this relationship is just not working out.  I feel that I am working harder to make this work than you.  I speak to you with true feelings and all I get in return is generic responses that do nothing to address my needs.  You leave others in the community to try and fix our problems.  You put in the minimum effort you can. 

I am sorry, but I found someone else.  Tidal has accepted me and my family with not issues and has made us feel welcomedand valued. 

I hope that you find learn to focus on what really matters, and less on your upcomming IPO.   Money is not everything, especially when you are alone.
