Family Account email wont sent

Family Account email wont sent

We have just set up a family account. The email link sent to two family member and worked. The email did not arrive at the third family members account and now says 'oops try again something went wrong' when we try to resend! please help

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community 🙂
Having no spotify premium isn't cool! Usually these kind of things happen, because of your web browsers cache. So try doing the following things:
Try sending the link in a private/incognito tab.
If that doesn't work, change browser and clear both browsers cache.
Lastly if that doesn't work either, try sending the email on another device, that should do the trick!
