Family Account unable to access plan managers account

I am having trouble accessing the owner account of my Premium Family Plan. The other people in the account still have access to the premium Spotify, and I am still paying for the account. Though I am unable to log into the plan manager account as I have forgotten what email I used and the username that shows up on the account of the other users phones is a username that is not able to be used to login in to Spotify and use the I forgot my email option.

I am wondering how I can figure out which email is linked to the owners account and how I can log into it.

Please help, I am old and broken.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

If you don't remember your email or username, I'd recommend going to the password reset site and entering possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you get the message that the password reset email was sent.

There are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google, so you can also try logging in with these to find your account.
