My Question or Issue

Guys, I've upgraded to Family plan and I found out there is something missing. I'm missing connections to my family members. There is no list of the members with their profiles, can't browse their playlists, information on what they are listening to at the moment (like in Windows), shared collaborative playlists, simply there should be an extra page or dashboard for family subscribers. We can only access their playlists the complicated way through the search provided I can remember their account name. However, if I enable Following, it does not bring extra functional benefits, no list of users I am following. In the application there is no difference between Premium and Family plan.

The plan manager (the person who started the plan) can view all members on their Family page. 

If you want to see what your family members are currently listening to, you need to follow their profiles. They also have to enable sharing their activity in settings:

• Open the desktop app, 
• Click the  next to the username in top right corner, 
• Choose Settings, 
• Scroll down to Social, 
• Enable the option to share your listening activity on Spotify (green). 

Keep in mind that you can view Friend Activity only in the desktop app. 

As members of the Premium Family subscription, you can also enjoy the Family Mix.
