My Question or Issue

We have a Family plan in monthly payment, we want to switch to Yearly payment however it is giving me an error something like "you cannot access this Plan", my current plan is due on July 30th 2022

Hey @mau_montalvo ,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

You'll have to wait until you're back on Free (make sure to cancel) before you'll be able to start an annual plan. Keep in mind that the current Premium Family plan owner will need to start the annual plan and then re-invite the family members to avoid any issues 🙂
