Family Plan

Family Plan

Hi, 

 

My sister has sent me an email with the invitation to join the family plan. I accepted and confirmed my name and information and my account hasn't been upgraded to premium? Help!

Hi!

 

Some hours ago Spotify had problems with the upgrade from free users to premium ones. But this should now be fixed.

When this hasn't fixed for you you should contact the Spotify support with this form.

Note: I'm not a Spotify employee.

We set up a family plan and I went to add my husband and get an error that indicated that he was already a user of Spotify.  He set that up to just look at Spotify but was never a user prior to us creating the family plan.  How do I add him?
