Can't accept an invitation

My brother invited me for spotify premium, but after how many days an email was sent but I failed to verify it and my account was change into spotify free, so my brother again invited me using another account, but I cannot accept the invitation because everytime I submit it says "Oops something went wrong. Please try again." 

What should I do? Kindly please someone help me.

I had the same problem until i could start a chat at support.spotify.com

1. Select Account Help

2. Select Contact Us

3. Scroll down and select Contact Form

Then just follow a few simple steps to start chat and just tell the person what your problem is and voila

I'm having a similar issue. I click the accept invitation and then the code that come with the email doesn't work on the app. **bleep** I hope we get an answer soon. This is so frustrating
