My Question or Issue

My wife is trying to join my family premium account using the link I sent on WhatsApp. But although the system finds the correct address when she clicks on it she gets a message that she is trying to log into from another country. But that can't be true as we were sitting next to each other on our couch.

Does your wife have the same country in her account overview because sometimes there stands the wrong country.
