Family Premium lost after updating payment information

My Question or Issue

After updating my payment information, my Family Premium subscription switched to regular Premium subscription automatically and all family member accounts are now lost. I tried updating again to Family Premium but it says I have to wait 3 weeks for it to change, but all the previously added family members accounts are still gone. How can I recover the original plan so everything can stay as it was before updating the info?

Hi @HeizenNarr,

 

Ok, something went wrong and now you have premium. You could do an unsubscribe, after a few weeks you will be downgraded to free, then you can subscribe to family.

 

You can also contact Spotify support

Maybe they can upgrade your account.
