My Question or Issue

I am on a family plan with my family, however, I can't play my downloaded songs offline. What should I do?

Heya Hireath, so If you're on a Spotify Family Plan and you're unable to play your downloaded songs offline, here are some steps you can try:

  1. Check your internet connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and strong enough to support offline playback. If your internet connection is weak or spotty, offline playback may not work properly.

  2. Check if you have downloaded the songs: Make sure that the songs you want to play offline are downloaded to your device. To do this, go to your library and select the playlist or album containing the songs you want to download. Then, click the download button to download the songs.

  3. Check if you have the right device: Ensure that you're using a device that is authorized to play offline content. If you're using a device that is not authorized, you may not be able to play your downloaded songs offline. To authorize a device, log in to your Spotify account on that device and play any song while connected to the internet.

  4. Check your account settings: Ensure that your account settings allow for offline playback. To do this, go to your account settings and select "Playback" and ensure that "Offline" is turned on.

  5. Restart the app: Sometimes, simply restarting the Spotify app can resolve any issues with offline playback.

this appears on my account, what does it mean?

Lol never seen that before, so If Spotify says you have -2 days left on your profile, it is likely a technical glitch or error in the system. The negative number suggests that there is a problem with the way Spotify is calculating your subscription period.

In this case, you should try logging out and logging back into your account to see if that resolves the issue. If the problem persists, you should contact Spotify customer support for assistance. They will be able to investigate the issue further and help you resolve it.

I've tried re-installing the app and clear storage, it doesn't change anything. Whom should I contact?
