Family Subscription - FAMILY NAME ON ACCOUNT

Hello, 

I just upgraded to the FAMILY plan today.  I invited my wife to join the family plan.. and the email invite she received correctly stated that I was sending her the invite from my actual username.  So that was fine. 

However, when she clicked "join the family plan"... it took her to new window that opened and THAT window said she was joining the MOAD family.  It said.. confirm that you and MOAD share the same addess. 

I do not even know who MOAD is.. or where that name came from at all.  Actually, I've never even heard that name - (or word, whatever) at all ever before.

So I know that I did NOT pick or list the name MOAD -- as my family name or anything. Let me repeat... I do NOT know where Moad came from.. and I NEVER chose this name at all.  I can only surmise your system chose MOAD by default - but why?  I don't know.   

So, how can I customize my family name? 

I'd like the invites to actually reflect our family name -- not Moad's.  Actually, if I can't customise it... then it should at least reflect MY username.. as I am the main account holder -- and not Moad.  Again, none of us even know who MOAD is -- yet the window asks to confirm that we have the same address as Moad's??   

This is hilarious.. yes, it's annoying.. but also hilarious.  So, can we please get this updated/fixed?  Thank you.
