My Question or Issue

I would like to have a family subscription to allow my two sons to listen to their own music on Spotify. However, i am co-parenting, and they live 50% in my house and 50% in their father's house. They are not formally registered in my house, as it is not possible under Dutch law to have children registered at two places. However, they are recognised as living 50% in my house by Dutch tax and all other relevant institutions. I have no clue how Spotify requires people to proof they live in the same house, or how you are checking this. Can you please let me know whether it is possible to have my kids enjoying Spotify or not? As you can imagine, I checked the conditions and contract, but couldn't find this information.

Hey @mjc-kbj6_v7t, welcome to the Spotify Community!

No worries, if your sons live 50% of the time with you, they won't have a problem to join your Premium for Family plan. You only need to make sure that they enter the same address you registered when you started your Premium for Family subscription.

You can find more info on how to manage your Premium for Family plan here.
