Family account for travelers

Hello I signed up for a family account for my boyfriend who lives with me in Toronto, Canada. However, he travels a lot as he works in LA, where he is currently visiting his family. The family spotify account if not working and he gets an error message when he puts our Toronto address in. Can you please help? I only signed up for this account so we could both use it.

If you're both living in the same physical address, he should be able to join the plan without any trouble. However, make sure the country on his account matches yours before accepting the invitation.

To update an account's country, he just has to follow these steps. If he's still getting an error message and the country is the same, ask him to try using a different browser or an incognito window.
