Family account not able to accept invitation on son's iPhone

Dear "Spoties",

I am not able to accept an invitation on my son's Iphone as family group member. 

1. I have upgraded to spotify family

2. I have registered for a spotiy free account for my son (on his Iphone)

3. I have invited him via his mail adress to join our family plattform

4. He received the invitation mail "Wellcome to spotify family" on his Iphone and just clicked button "Accept invitation".

5. His spotify free accounts opened and he has to enter the "token" before pressing "continiue".

6. Then a window pops up "Ups sorry there semes to be a problem. Pls try again..."

I have no clue how to add him to our family account. It went well with my wife and doughter but now it ends up with "Ups sorry..."

Whould be happy if you can support me in this...

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

In this case, could you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing? Also, using an incognito window or a different browser/device would worth a shot.

Sorry for my late reply. Your proposal has not solved the issue... Any other idea? Is there a possibility that you are directly add my son to the Family account?

Hi,

did you find a way to get your son in your account? My doughter has been kicked out of our family account at the beginning of the year and I can't get her back in. It's quite annoying an costs a lot of time so far.

Maybe we have to leave spotify!
