Family acount was cancelled

Family acount was cancelled

Hello, 

 

you cancelled my acount to family premium - the same with my sisters. She already wrote you. Reason in email was “that you cant confirm adress”. But we have premium 5 members our family and we living on the same adress. We want our family premium back. What we can do? Thanks for help. 

The family spotify start (own/pay) my brother - his email is *snip*.

Remember that all members of a Premium for Family plan must comply with our Terms and Conditions. If that's the case, we recommend them accepting the invite on a PC using an incognito window.

I think we accept your Terms.We all live on same adress. I think it is just miss understanding. Can you please help me with restoration our acount? I dont know what to do.
