Family admin not able to get premium account

Family admin not able to get premium account

Hello,

 

At the moment I'm admin of my family account, but my spotify still results to be free and not premium, instead of family members which are able to use premium account. Why?

Hey @rafale21, welcome to the community!

 

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll do our best to help you get back to your Premium account.

 

Since you're the owner of the Premium for Family plan, if your account goes back to Free, all other accounts will do the same.

 

Since your family members are still using Premium, you might have more than one account set up.

 

Try following the steps here to check if you have a second account. Usually, one account is set up via Facebook and the other with a username and password.

 

If you're unable to find your Premium account, the best thing to do would be to pop a message over to our Support team via Facebook or Twitter.

 

They'll be able to look around backstage and find your Premium account as soon as possible.
