Family can't joinpremium for fam

Family can't joinpremium for fam

Hi just upgraded to premium family. Sent invites. Fam all getting same error message when they accept "sorry you're already a member of this or another family plan. " which they're not!! Deleted apps. Re logging in etc etc can't think what else to do. My account status still shows premium not fam premium. Is this the prob. Can you fix this???

Can you please make sure that they're logged into their own account's when trying to accept the invite?

I keep getting a "Spotify can't redeem this code" message when I try to join my wife's Family Premium account. I know that code is good because it's automatically entered from the email invitation. I got through the Captcha, but I always get the "...can't redeem this code." message. I've tried numerous times and still no joy. What can be done? My Spotify is active.

I purposely didn't enter the invitation code in this screenshot, but I know
the code entered is correct, and I get through the Captcha fine.

I continue to get this message, making sure the code is correct and getting through the Captcha fine. It's not sensible to pay extra for a service that can't be used.
