Hola quiero confirmar que direccion tengo en mi plan familiar ya que mi esposa le aparece error al momento de querer ingresar sus datos..

Do they have any trouble joining the plan using an incognito window? What about with a different device?

 

If so, ask them to reach out to us here with their account info so we can take a closer look.

i have the same problem, i had Family Premium, but my credit card expired. I renew the credit card, paid again but my family cant join in. 

I have the exact same problem with my husband’s account. He has a premim account already but I changed to family premium so we could be under one account. He cancelled but he still has access to his premim account. Will he need to wait until it expires to register under the new family premium? I have

If your husband was paying for Spotify Premium directly with Spotify, he should be able to join the plan right away.

 

However, if the subscription was through a third party, he'll need to wait until the account goes back to Free to join.
