Family does not work anymore

Hi! For my birthday my boyfriend subscribed Family for us and for our flat mates. 

Everything was fine until yesterday. This morning Family didn't work anymore for two of us. My boyfriend sent us the invitation again, but even if we put the address (we live all together), we can't enjoy the plan. What's going on? Please, could someone help us? Thanks.

Do you have any trouble joining the plan using an incognito window? What about from a different device?
