My username is zoyacin (swimmer_860111@hotmail.com) and i upgraded to Family and have now paid for 2 months, but I still can´t get the invitation e-mejl to my wife (marlena1983@hotmail.com). I tried numerous times to add her and send invite, but she never recieves the invitation. So I am paying for nothing now .... very anoying to have basic functionality fail. And yes she has scanned the "spam-folder" in the e-mail box.

Im having the same problem, we can invite the two children and that works, but not the husband. We have tried to re-invite but still He doesn't get an email. We checked the spambox and everything. I did even try the incognito thing - still nothing. Can you help me?
Hi, I´ve been having the same problems. I´ve tried every single tip I could try. And nothing. I can only send to my daughter, and not my wife. The mail won´t appear in her mail.

Have you tried checking the spam folders of the email. Sometimes it happens that an email gets stuck in there for some reason. Could you also give us the steps to reproduce your issue, if possible.
