Family invitation e-mail fails

Family invitation e-mail fails

My username is zoyacin (swimmer_860111@hotmail.com) and i upgraded to Family and have now paid for 2 months, but I still can´t get the invitation e-mejl to my wife (marlena1983@hotmail.com). I tried numerous times to add her and send invite, but she never recieves the invitation. So I am paying for nothing now .... very anoying to have basic functionality fail. And yes she has scanned the "spam-folder" in the e-mail box.

The best option is to get in touch with the head staff of Spotify. Do you
know how?

Hi again, here are the steps to solve your problem: First please have the owner try re-inviting you. Just have them go to their Premium for Family account page, and select the member to re-invite. Then, click REPLACE, enter the member details and click SEND INVITE.

Please have them open the account page on an incognito window and send an invite from there. Once it's sent, please check for the invite on an incognito browser, as well.

Here’s how:
Open your web browser.
Open a private session.
Most browsers will open a private session if you press Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+N (Mac). If that doesn’t work, you should find the option to open a new private/incognito window in your browser’s menu bar.
Open the web page in this private window.
This should get us to a resolution. Otherwise, let us know if you're still having issues. We're always here to help 🙂

Im having the same problem, we can invite the two children and that works, but not the husband. We have tried to re-invite but still He doesn't get an email. We checked the spambox and everything. I did even try the incognito thing - still nothing. Can you help me?

Hi,  I´ve been having the same problems. I´ve tried every single tip I could try. And nothing. I can only send to my daughter, and not my wife. The mail won´t appear in her mail.

Have you tried checking the spam folders of the email. Sometimes it happens that an email gets stuck in there for some reason. Could you also give us the steps to reproduce your issue, if possible. 

We'll get this sorted. 🙂

this is also happening to me. i have sent & resent invites & STILL NO EMAILS! please help me i have been paying for family premium for over a MONTH!
