Family kicked out of family plan

Hello.

Can anybody help me figure out whats going on with my family plan. My family and I had been using it fine for the first month but today in the morning i got a message saying that they couldnt verify my familiy's accounts and they all got kicked out. I tried sending the invitation again like they say but it didnt work, I also tried clearing the Cache and the Cookies from my browser, i even tried the incognito and a different browser like the help said but nothing has worked. Can anybody help me figure out what to do?
