Family member can't log on to family account

Family member can't log on to family account

My daughter has been a member of our family account since we started it at the beginning of the year. Last week she got an e-mail from Spotify asking her to verify her home address in order to keep her on the family account. She tried verifying but never got accepted. So, I tried to invite her again and still we get the same response from Spotify, "We can't verify that you have the same address as the owner of the account." We do live at the same address and she has been a member before! Why is there a problem all of a sudden?

Hey @SaraCarnwath

 

If you're the Family Admin, send her the invite again.

 
Let her accept the invite logged in with her own username in the app and in the website. She should make sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be the cause of him being left out.
