Family member on premium plan has adds and cannot download.

Family member on premium plan has adds and cannot download.

Using a new iPad, after reconnecting to our family premium plan, I do not have premium advantages anymore.

In that case, you've most likely got a additional account with Spotify and haven't signed into the right one 🙂
