Family member unable to join premium for family

Family member unable to join premium for family

Hi,

I have registered an account for my daughter and she have been using until there was an email to verify but she missed it. 

 

I then invite her again but was unable to get her on Spotify family after trying many times.  I kept getting the below message: You can't join this Premium for Family account. We couldn't confirm that you live at the same address as the main account holder.

 

I have tried typing the address in different ways but still got the same message.

 

Please help.

Hi, 

 

I have the same issue... I have tried even changing the direction of my home and moving all the accounts, but my brother is unable to join the Premium for Family account.

same here - it's so frustrating.

Same issue here..my wife got message "We couldn't confirm that you live at the same address as the main account holder." So should I take a snapshot of me and my wife on the sofa or what?

I got in touch with Spotify through the chat and got it solved quickly. Apparently once you set your home address you can not change it or see it again... so I was not introducing the same address for all the accounts. Hope this helps!
