Family member won't get invitation mail

Hi!
One of my family members won't get her invitation to the family subscription - we tried both her e-mail adresses. Both adresses are "gmx.at" adresses. There's no mail in spam or any other folder in her mail account.
Any ideas how to resolve this?

I have the same problem!

I've been Premium since 2 weeks ago, I canceled Premium, and now the email is not arriving neither....
