Family members are not receiving their invitations

Family members are not receiving their invitations

Hi there
I've recently upgraded to premium for family and I've invited four family members to my account. Two of them succeeded. However, the other two are not even receiving my invitations. I've tried re-sending them, double checked the email address... None is working. Anyone knows what I can do?

Same problem! Really interested in a solution.. 

I have exactly the same problem. I also tried to send the invitation link directly to my girlfriend. When she opens the link she gets the notification that there is no family account.

Same issue which I managed to resolve. But then another issue popped up! Anyway, to solve the non invite problem I created another gmail account for my husband and resent the invite to that and it appeared straight away.

What followed is still a farce which i won't go into here. Try the new email account thing. It has worked for others apparently.
