Family members having trouble logging in

I have a family subscription and out of nowhere two of my members have trouble logging in, first it said their email is not registered to any account, then when they logged in through facebook (same email address as in the invitation), it appears as spotify free with ads and not premium. Quite a mayhem, honestly. Tried to resent the invitation, but it wouldn't work anyways.

Anyone has any tips?

Hey @guirren, welcome to the community!

I suggest asking your family members to check the information on this support page to see if they have multiple Spotify accounts. They could've lost the log in details of the correct accounts which could be causing this issue.

There are a few neat tricks there like how to find an account's username from the cache of your device.
