Superuser Contribution Being charged S$10.18 instead of S$9.90

My Question or Issue I am from Singapore, on Premium. On my account page i recevied receipts for charges of S$9.90 for Premium but my bank statement says S$10.18. Why is there an extra charge and can i be eligible for a refund?
