I paid for Spotify premium instead of family and now we don’t have Family, i would like to use family again  helpppp

The Premium for Family plan will be active immediately. However, your payment date will be a few days earlier than it had been. This is because of the difference between the price of Premium for Family and the regular Premium subscription.

You don't need to create a new account, but you'll need to send the invites again following these steps.
