Family plan can't change extra zip code

My Question or Issue

I have a family plan and  the address is adding the extra 4 digits on my account. My family signs up the address is not the  same so it won't work.  Because it's not adding the extra 4 digits to them. I can't remove the 4 digits from mine as it only shows the 5 digits

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. 

 

We'd suggest that your family members try to join the plan from a different device from the one they've been using to see if they notice any difference. They can also try using an incognito window or changing the internet connection they've been using.

 

If the address doesn't populate when trying to join the plan, you can change the address by going to your account page> Premium Family. There on Your Address, you can change it. If you still can’t edit it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building.

 

If none of the above does the trick, you can get in touch with our Customer Support team, so they can help you with further suggestions and checking your account. You can find out how to contact them here.

My Question or Issue

Trying to join a family plan but the correct post code isn't recognised and won't let me through. It should be EX1 2TG but the search brings up EX1 2TE which doesn't match the main account holder. 

Help!
