Family plan - issue with the address

Family plan - issue with the address

We have a family plan and I cannot invite my daughter. The system keeps telling me that we access the plan from another country, although we all live at the same address in the US. Can there be another issue or what could I do?

Hi @Jost1972, welcome to the Community!

 

I guess this might be something related to your devices' IP addresses. If your daughter's device uses a VPN or a different internet provider, her IP address might appear as being in another location. Just turn it off while accepting the invitation. To re-Send the Invitation, remove her from the list of invited members, send a new invitation to her email and ensure she follows the link without using a VPN.


You can also double check if your daughter's Spotify account's country/region is set to the United States and matches the account holder's location. To do this, log in to her account on a browser, go to Profile > Account > Edit Profile.
