Family plan issue

Family plan issue

I have a family plan and my wife accepted the link to join. She created her own and the link worked perfectly fine and it shows her under my plan, but her subscription still reads free. She also still has ads when she plays music. She currently has an iPhone if that makes any difference. Any thoughts on this?

Let's try following this troubleshooting to make sure your wife doesn't have multiple Spotify accounts that could be causing this issue.

 

If she only has one account, but can't use the Premium benefits, ask her to reinstall Spotify on her iPhone.
