Family subscription error

me and my family made a family subscription then we renewed it like 2 3 days later when it was already finished so i had to re-invite them but they can't join i guess this is cause i had to re invite them any ideas how i fix this?

If your family members are getting an error message when joining, ask them to clear their browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser to join.

Also, make sure they're logged into their personal accounts here before accepting the invites you've sent.
