Family premium address

My kids have been downgraded to spotify free from family premium since they haven't verified their home address (could have been spam mail as well). When I invite them again, it does not work (get a message in German saying "Upps, this hasn't worked. Try again"). Any ideas? I am kind of pissed by now and if I have to open a new account, I'd rather switch to another music streaming provider ...

I have the same problem please fix this. Do we need to have the same format for address? We're paying something we cannot use!
