Family premium kicked everyone out

Family premium kicked everyone out

So I started a family premium on 12/2/18 then on 12/3/18 Spotify kicked all the members out and now when I try to add them back, it says that the members cannot join the family. How do I resolve this?

Do they have any trouble joining your plan using an incognito window? What about from a different device?
