I payd by Ideal for Spotify Family, 6 days ago, but we still dont got it!

I payd by Ideal for Spotify Family, 6 days ago, but we still dont got it!

It's really annoying that I payd for it 6 days ago and I still got Spotify Free.. What do I pay for then? i've tried everything, from loggin in with username/emailadress to update payment but I can't, it only says to buy premium, but like I said; I already payd.

 

and another question, I see that in 5 months, I payd for 7 subscribtions??(and I didn't even cound the one I did last week!)

In this case, we suggest you follow all of the steps listed in this article. About you paying for multiple subscriptions, you might have multiple accounts. We suggest you follow these steps to see if you can find the accounts.
