My Question or Issue

Hi there!

I have an issue.

I have recently created a family premium plan, around two months ago and had my family join. I had lived in another country (Israel) and everyone in my household had joined the plan and everything was working.

We as a family moved around a month ago from Israel to the U.S- and since then the premium plan has not been working for two of our family members.

Since I knew we were moving when i created the plan, i set the address as the one we currently live in. It wont work and it says that we have to live under the same house, but we do.

Our region settings are all set to the US and we have tried everything to try to get it to work. but it still isn’t working.

We would love your help as soon as possible !! thanks in advance!!!

Hey @Tams12,

Thanks for reaching out.

Could you check if you’ve updated your payment method to a US-issued card?

For everything to work properly, all addresses and country settings need to match across the accounts. You can find more info about changing your country settings here: https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-do-I-change-my-country-settings/ta-p/950275.

Your country setting won’t update until you switch to a US card for your subscription. The other members of the plan can update their settings while on the free plan and rejoin afterward.

If there are any issues with the address, you can try using a Google Plus Code instead. Here’s how: https://maps.google.com/pluscodes/.

Let me know if you need any further help 🙂
