Hello,

I have an account connected with FB and my ZIP code is missing in my account even if I have filled it in the FB. For this reason you have deleted all my family members accounts. I need to solve this really fast otherwise I am cancelling my premium and moving to other service. We are all friends living in the same place. Thank you.
