Family won't play abroad.

Family won't play abroad.

Hey so I have a family premium account in Mexico, where I reside, but I'm on vacation in Chile and my account isn't premium anymore, the first two days I didn't have a problem but now when I open the app it says I have a free subscription. How can I fix this? I've already tried loggin out and logging in and a phone reset.

Hi ElGallo,

 

I'd suggest contacting Spotify customer support. This could either be a problem on Spotify's end, a problem with your phone, or a problem with your internet in Chile. They should be able to sort out which one it is and point you in the right direction on how to fix it.
