I am trying to add my wife to my premium account. I‘ve sent her an invitation several times now but it doesnt work. She receives the invitation mail, is following all instructions and all it says is „ hoppla something went wrong. Please try it again „ 

 

Over and over again! I cancelled the invitation several times and sent new ones. Nothing works. And yes, we do have the same address. Anybody any idea how to solve that?

Hey @MikeKuhlmann, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Could you try removing the current invite and sending a new one to your wife's account from an incognito window on a desktop PC?

 

Once she receives it, ask her to accept it using a different device from an incognito window, if possible.
