From Family Premium turned to Free

From Family Premium turned to Free

since February first my auntie had started Family-plan and my auntie ask me if i want to join her spotify. the problem starts in the middle february , my first spotify account turning to free account! it said that i wrote the addres the detail wrong, but i wrote the address just like my aunt's account (i knew cz i manage her account) after trying many times, i decided to use my other email to make a fresh account, my new account works until this day and now im so sad and need to use my spotify:(, please help me

i did wrote the same postal code

it work before, now its not

i wonder why both account has the same trouble ;\

I'm asking if you reside at the same physical address, not if you entered the same details 🙂

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same address as the plan owner.

how do i check that im on the same address with my aunt

Sorry for any confusion.

 

What @Maxim is asking is if you live in the same house as your aunt? The reason for this is because in order to use Family you must reside at the same address as the plan owner.

Hello, I have the same problem. can u help? From spotify family turned to spotify free. And it's refusing the adress, but it's the same.
