Missing invitation to Premium for Family

Missing invitation to Premium for Family

I try to extend an invitation to my Premium for Family account to my wife, but all she recieves is a marketing invitation for 6 mts free Spotify.

Welcome to the Spotify Community.
 
In this case, could you check if the email address the invite is being sent out to matches the email address on the account of the user you're trying to invite? Also, make sure the email address is being entered in lowercase characters. If the member is still having difficulties receiving the invite email, we'd suggest clearing the pending invites and sending it again.
 
Additionally, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing. Does that help at all?
