Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

We sometimes require Duo or Family plan members to verify their addresses via email. If they don't do this within 7 days, they're removed from the plan. Check your inbox to verify if you received that email. If you didn't, the best thing to do is check with the Family plan owner, to know if the plan is active. They could've canceled the subscription. No worries, they can re-subscribe and send you another invite. If you have issues accepting it, send over a screenshot of the error message you get when doing it. Just make sure no personal details are shown.

Bear in mind that Premium Family is a plan for up to 6 family members who live together. If you're living in a different country, you might not be able to join. But you can subscribe to Premium from your account here. You must have a payment method issued in the country you're in right now. Or if you're in the US, you can buy a gift card in authorized stores.

Hope this helps. If you have any questions or need anything else, the Community is here for you.

Hi, I followed the process above and tried to add my brother to the plan but he got this response (he lives at the same address)

Hey @kunzgo1,

Thanks for reaching out!

Note that only one plan change is allowed per account within 12 months. A change means that the plan's type and/ or manager needs to be different. If this is not the case in your situation and they've missed re-verification emails instead, let them know they can reach out to our support folks via this link.

Hope this helps!

My wife was kicked off the family plan. It says you couldn’t confirm she lives with me. I updated my address recently which started this. She definitely lives with me.
