HELP!!!

HELP!!!

I just want some help.  I paid for a premium service the family plan ... my Husband logged into it and it is showing him on there but can't make any changes, I log in and it doesnt' show I have a premium account at all!  I can't make any changes, I can't cancel I can't do anything and your website is no help and I'm still being billed for something  I cant use! I just want to cancel my service and go back to Google Play where there is none of this confusion!
