Hey there, 

 

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. 

 

If you're the owner of the plan and your address doesn't autocomplete while entering it, you can enter the entire address, then select Find. If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building. Just don't use someone else's address.

 

If you'd like to join as a member, you just need to make sure that you're entering the exact same info as the owner. They can see that information on their account page

 

It's also worth trying from an incognito window/different device and using a different internet connection. 

 

Lastly, we removed the personal information you sent since we don't recommend sharing such information in the Community.

I'm the owner of the plan and my address doesn't autocomplete while entering it. I've tried entering the entire address, as well as other local places (we live in the countryside so there is no street name) but the system still can't find me and simply says 'There is a problem'. I am stuck. What can I do to actually be able to share the account with others in my family, since currently I'm paying for a duo subscription but can't share it with anyone until the address is found.

Have you tried using an incognito window to see if that does the trick? It's also worth updating the address via another browser/device.

 

In case the issue persists, you can also try entering the address as a Google Plus code. More info on how it works here.
